This first screen shot shows ARISSelect setup about five minutes before race time. The ARIS Workbook has the SELECT screen on display. The top of the screen shows the race number and start time as well as the amount that will be bet. The first bet of $1.00 has been entered into the SEND BET screen. The runners have been selected and [Ctrl+C] pressed to copy the selections onto the clipboard. The ARIS Workbook was then selected and the Select Macro was run by pressing [Ctrl+Shift+S] At this stage FENTON HALL has the most number of ARIS points. |

The second screen shot shows the market in the last thirty seconds before before race time. Again all runners have been selected and the Select Macro has been run. FENTON HALL now has 19 points and is an ARIS selection. A tick has been entered alonside #4 FENTON HALL on the left hand side of the runners and everything is ready to place the bet. Press SEND BET |

This screen shot shows that OZBet has accepted the bet. It is most important to carefully check that the bet is correct. If it is wrong immediately press the Cancel Bet button. If possible press the Back to Totes button and correct and resend the bet. If the race has closed as is shown in the next screen the only choice is to move onto the next race. |

Here the race has closed and the RESULTS button will be pressed to display the Results Screen. But first it is neccessary to enter the selected runner into the DATA Sheet |

This image shows that the ARISSelect Workbook has been selected and Data Macro has been activated by pressing [Ctrl+Shift+Q]. This transferred the FENTON HALL selection into the records on the DATA Sheet. |

The selection did not even run a place so no further upgrading of the DATA Sheet is needed. If the selection had won entering the number 1 alongside the selection in the Results (RES) column would have displayed the return on the bet and displayed the value of the next bet. This result once again emphasises the point that most ARIS Club Members never bet on Two Year Old races. |

Having checked the results of the race the Next 5 Races button was pressed at the bottom left of the screen. This screen allows us to click the Totes link on the next race of interest. We will select BR1 being the first race in the Brisbane TAB area. |

The STANDARD VIEW OZBet TAB Screen is displayed. The MARKET MOVERS button under the runners list must then be pressed. |

The first race has been completed and the next race is on display. The SELECT Sheet has been displayed and BR1 entered into cell A1 and the next race time is displayed. As the previous selection was not a winner the next bet is on display in cell B2. It would have been necessary to correct this amount manually if the horse had won. The value of the next bet has been entered into the SEND BET screen. All that is needed now is to set the invaluable CLOX ALARM to one minute before the start of BR1 and wander off for a cuppa until the alarm goes off. TOOO EASY .. |
